Delivery Terms

  1. The Store delivers orders to all countries within Europe, including both European Union (EU) member states and non-EU countries (e.g. Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, etc.).

  2. Delivery costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process and are borne by the Customer.

  3. The standard delivery time is between 2 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country and the selected courier service.

  4. Products are shipped via an available international courier company chosen by the Customer during checkout.

  5. Any claims regarding damage to the delivered goods that occurred during transport must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

  6. If no claim is submitted within this period, the shipment is deemed accepted by the Customer without reservations.

  7. Upon receiving the parcel, the Customer is advised to inspect it for any signs of damage. If necessary, a courier damage report should be completed and photographic evidence taken, if possible.

  8. The Store reserves the right to apply additional charges for returned parcels that must be re-shipped.

  9. The Store also reserves the right to charge extra fees for redirection of a parcel to a different address after the order has already been dispatched.

  10. The Store is not responsible for undelivered or returned parcels due to incorrect or incomplete contact or delivery address information provided during the checkout process. In such cases, if the shipment is returned to us, the Store reserves the right to charge the Customer for the return and re-shipping costs.

  11. The Store is not liable for delivery delays caused by the courier or by circumstances beyond the Store’s control. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 calendar days, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and request a full refund.
