Payment Terms

1. Available Payment Methods:

  1. Bank transfer to the Store’s account:
    • ING Bank Śląski
    • IBAN: PL65 1050 1230 1000 0090 8489 6308
    • SWIFT/BIC: INGBPLPW
    • Please include your order number in the transfer title.
  2. PayU payment gateway – credit/debit card payments.

2. Payment Deadline:

  1. If the Customer chooses bank transfer, the payment must be made within 5 calendar days from the date of placing the order.
  2. If payment is not received within this time frame:
    • The order will be automatically cancelled
    • The Store reserves the right to release the reserved products and make them available to other customers.

3. Payment Confirmation:

  1. For bank transfers, the Store will confirm receipt of payment within 1–2 business days from the date the funds are credited to the Store’s account.
  2. For PayU card payments, confirmation occurs immediately after the transaction.
  3. Customers will receive a payment confirmation via email to the address provided at checkout.

4. Order Processing:

  1. Orders are prepared for shipment only after full payment is received.
  2. For PayU payments, order processing begins immediately after successful authorization.
  3. The Store reserves the right to hold order processing in case of payment irregularities (e.g. missing order number in transfer title).

5. No Cash on Delivery:

  1. The Store does not offer cash on delivery (COD) or in-person pickups.

6. Refunds:

  1. If the Consumer withdraws from the contract, a refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
  2. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction (e.g. bank account or payment card).
  3. If the Customer used PayU and prefers a refund to a bank account, they must inform the Store at the time of submitting the withdrawal notice.
  4. The Store reserves the right to withhold the refund until the product has been returned or the Customer provides proof of its return.
  5. The Store does not cover bank fees related to refunds unless the refund is due to the Store’s error.

7. Payment Issues:

  1. If you experience issues making a payment (e.g. inability to complete a transaction via PayU), please contact us at: biuro@shopollo.pl.
  2. The Store is not responsible for order delays caused by bank or payment system errors.

8. Payment Security:

  1. All payment transactions are processed through certified payment systems (PayU), ensuring the highest level of security.
  2. The Store has no access to your card details. All sensitive data is processed directly by the payment provider.

9. Order Cancellation:

  1. The Customer has the right to cancel the order before making the payment by contacting us at: biuro@shopollo.pl.
  2. If the order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued as described in section 6.
  3. The Store reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
    • Product is unavailable.
    • Payment not received on time.
    • Errors in order details (e.g. incorrect delivery address).
  4. If the cancellation is due to the Store’s fault, the Customer will receive a full refund within 14 days.

10. Payment Errors:

  1. In case of overpayments, duplicate transactions, or other payment errors, the Customer should promptly contact the Store to resolve the issue and request a refund of any overpaid amounts.

11. Payment Delays:

  1. If a delay in crediting the payment occurs (e.g. due to bank errors), the Customer should contact the Store to avoid order cancellation.
  2. The Store is not liable for delays caused by banks or payment systems.

12. Cancellation Policy (Additional Notice):

  1. The Store reserves the right to cancel an order if:
    • The product is no longer available.
    • Payment was not completed within the required time.
    • Delivery information is incomplete or incorrect.
  2. If the Store cancels the order, the Customer will receive a full refund within 14 days.

Important Notes for Customers:

  • Order Number in Bank Transfer: customers must include their order number in the transfer title. Missing this may delay payment confirmation and order processing.
